Q: Can we book direct with you?

Yes! When you book through our website, you’re getting the best rate—no Airbnb or VRBO service fees. We use a secure, professional booking platform to keep your reservation smooth and safe.

Q: Can I see your reviews on Airbnb?

Of course! We’re proud of the 5-star experiences we’ve hosted. You can view our Airbnb listing here to see what past guests have shared. (Just remember—you’ll always get the best price and perks when you book directly through our site!)

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our small business:

  • 100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in

  • 50% refund if you cancel between 7–30 days before check-in

  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

Last-minute bookings:
If you book less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during winter or shoulder seasons.

Q: Is payment required in full at booking?

Yes, payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your dates.

Q: How many guests can stay?

Ridgeline Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. There's a king bedroom, a twin-over-queen bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Q: Is there heating and air conditioning?

Yes. The home has a ductless mini-split system for efficient heating and cooling, plus a cozy electric fireplace.

Q: Is the kitchen stocked?

Yes—fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, a drip coffee maker, spices and cooking oil, and even kid-friendly dishes.

Q: Do you allow pets?

No—we do not allow pets at this time. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space allergy-friendly for all guests.

Q: Do you allow parties or events?

No. Ridgeline Retreat is for quiet getaways only. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and strictly enforced.

We work with a professional cleaning team that follows enhanced cleaning and reset procedures between every stay. Fresh linens, sanitized surfaces, and a spotless experience—always.

Smart lock entry, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguisher, outdoor lighting, and motion-activated cameras on the driveway (for your safety—never inside the home).

Yes—a Level 2 EV charger is available on-site and free for guest use.

Q: Is the cabin kid-friendly?

Absolutely! Ridgeline Retreat is designed with families in mind. We have a foosball table, books and toys, and a cozy teepee play nook upstairs that little ones love. For younger guests, we provide a Pack ‘n Play with sheets, a clip on high chair, and kid-friendly cups, plates, bowls, and silverware to make mealtimes easy and enjoyable.
